Retirement & Savings Programs Specialist

About the role

My client, an international infrastructure leader delivering major civil, industrial, and energy projects across North America.

Serve as the core subject matter expert across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal-driving plan administration, vendor governance, and regulatory compliance while elevating the employee experience.

Tasks

• Lead the end-to-end administration of US retirement and savings programs.
• Oversee stock plan equity compensation management, including taxation and payroll reporting.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance across ERISA, IRS guidelines, pension legislation, and annual filings.
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline operations, enhance vendor performance, and optimize plan delivery.

Requirements

• 3–5 years administering US benefits, retirement plans, and equity compensation.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS/payroll platforms (ADP, SAP, or SuccessFactors).
• In-depth working knowledge of ERISA, IRS tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, discretion with confidential data, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 / year (commensurate with experience)
• Annual Bonus: Eligible for discretionary Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP)
