Job description
About the role
Maze Roofing is a residential roofing company.
We focus on one thing: residential roof replacements.
Tasks
- Run pre-booked meetings with homeowners. No cold knocking; our team sets the appointments for you.
- Inspect roofs, present findings, and help homeowners choose the right system.
- Close deals and guide clients through the process.
- Cover the Philly suburbs (Montgomery, Delaware, Chester and Bucks counties) and South Jersey.
Requirements
- Sales experience (in-home, roofing or home improvement is a big plus).
- Strong closer who’s comfortable presenting to homeowners.
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Self-motivated, organized, and great with people.
- Live physically in the area.
Pay
- Uncapped commission on the full contract value, including change orders and upgrades.
