Roofing Technician

No roofing experience required. We prefer it. If you can show up on time, tell the truth, work hard, and use deodorant, congratulations — you’re already more qualified than you probably realize.

We’re looking for a good human with a driver’s license and a functioning alarm clock. We’ll handle the roofing part.

One day you could be on a flat roof, the next hanging from a rope, another day cleaning gutters, and eventually running a crew. Hate doing the same thing every day? Perfect. You won’t be.

We work hard, joke constantly, and enjoy working together. No yelling here. Screw something up? We can probably fix it, teach you how not to do it again, then roast you for an inappropriate amount of time.

✅ Honest & accountable. Mess up? Own it.
✅ Hardworking. “That’s not my job” probably means this isn’t your job.
✅ Reliable. If your alarm clock has fired you before, keep scrolling.
✅ Valid driver’s license. Non-negotiable.
✅ Comfortable with heights. Roofs refuse to come to ground level.
✅ Physically capable. You don’t need to be Captain America. It helps.
✅ Good hygiene. We ride in trucks together.
✅ Coachable. If your first response is “I already know,” you probably don’t.

Knowledge is great. Ego isn’t. If you’ve roofed for 20 years but every boss was an idiot… statistically, it might be you.

Entry-level preferred. Experienced roofers who fit can apply too.

Safety is huge. You’ll be trained and equipped. Everybody goes home safe every night.

We have our own YouTube show and do a lot of social media on every platform. You do NOT have to be on camera, but it’s damn fun. 😂
