About the role

Georgia Properties Consultants is a wholesale real estate brokerage with over 15 years of experience serving the metro Atlanta area.

The firm specializes in sourcing off-market properties across Georgia and connecting them with trusted real estate investors for purchase.

Tasks

• Actively identify and pursue real estate investors throughout the metro Atlanta area.
• Conduct property evaluations.
• Support clients through the sales process from initial contact to closing.

Requirements

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients, team members, and partners.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, managing client expectations, and handling concerns professionally.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing transactions.
• Strong Phone Presence, with the ability and skills to negotiate and create relationships over the phone.
• Basic understanding of real estate, or willingness to learn and apply relevant learned considerations.
• Ability to deliver and participate in training, including sharing best practices with colleagues and learning new tools, processes, and regulations.
• Active or eligible real estate license in the state of Georgia (or clear path to obtaining one within a defined timeframe).
• Familiarity with the metro Atlanta real estate market and local neighborhoods is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, email, and standard office software to manage leads and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation for property visits, and willingness to travel with
