ROLE PURPOSE
To evaluate sales staff performance periodically and drive sales growth through effective coordination and digital presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate and monitor sales team to achieve CEO conduct one-on-one meetings with sales staff
Ensure digital marketing activities are active and effective
Drive sales improvement and control non-profitable businesses
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
MBA Minimum Education
4+ Years Experience in Sales/Marketing
Key Skills: Excel, Digital Marketing, Management Reporting, Leadership skills
