Sales Officer – Loan Against Property | Bengaluru, Karnataka

Haidar ali is hiring a full-time Sales Officer in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This on-site role is ideal for a graduate with experience in financial sales and Loan Against Property (LAP). You will generate leads, guide prospective customers through the sales process, and build relationships that support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead-generation strategies for Loan Against Property products.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Explain financial products clearly so customers can make informed decisions.
• Research the local market to identify sales opportunities and customer preferences.
• Partner with the marketing team to improve lead-generation efforts.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and report performance metrics to the Sales Manager.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Any graduate degree is required.
• Proven expertise in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
• Experience in sales and lead generation; 2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with financial products and services.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills and a cooperative approach.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

• Annual pay: 500000 per year.
• Employment type: Full-time.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; this role is not remote.
