We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team at Jaya Motors.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients, chartered engineers & DG service professionals
• Present and sell products/services with a consultative approach
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory
• Prepare proposals, presentations & sales contracts
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Attend trade shows and networking events
🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (industrial machines preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office & AI tools (ChatGPT)
• Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
