Sales Engineer – Industrial Machines | Bhiwani, Haryana

ProHire Hr Solution LLP is hiring a Sales Engineer for industrial machines and diesel generators. This full-time position is based in Bhiwani, Haryana, with candidates from Bhiwani, Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Karnal, Rohtak, Panipat, Sonipat, and Jhajjar encouraged to apply. The role requires office visits in Bhiwani five days per month and extensive travel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, chartered engineers, and diesel generator service professionals.
• Present and sell products and services using a consultative approach.
• Research markets and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
• Meet assigned sales targets and prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
• Provide after-sales support and help ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM tools.
• Attend trade shows and networking events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales experience; experience with industrial machines is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical customers.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• A diploma in automobile or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
