REALEX SERVICON PVT LTD is hiring a full-time Sales Executive in Patna, Bihar, India. This on-site role is suited to a motivated, results-driven sales professional who can develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Prospect and network to identify new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Build strong client relationships and support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Present products and deliver demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify business development opportunities.
• Work with the marketing team on lead-generation campaigns.
• Report sales activities and performance metrics to management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Sales experience; B2B experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Two to three years of relevant experience preferred.
