Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and emerging trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients; negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management review.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to synchronize sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
• Provide ongoing training and support to sales executives to boost their performance and skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years proven leadership experience in sales management.
• Strong strategic planning, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Proficiency with sales software, CRM systems, and related tools.
• Industry-standard sales management certifications are a plus.
