Job description
New San Jose Builders, Inc. is hiring a full-time Sales Head to lead its real estate sales organization in Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. This on-site leadership role is suited to an experienced sales executive with a strong record in sales management, business planning, marketing, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the sales team, providing leadership, training, and ongoing coaching.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue targets.
- Set individual sales targets and performance expectations with team members.
- Collaborate with agents to develop effective sales scripts.
- Track, compile, interpret, and report sales figures.
- Ensure the team has the resources needed to perform effectively.
- Plan and direct sales team training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably at least 15 years of experience as a Sales Head or Vice President of Sales in the real estate industry.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and expertise in sales management, business planning, marketing, training, and negotiation.
- Ready sales team comprising Project Directors, Sales Directors or Sales Managers, and Property Specialists.
