Job description
Job Description:
- Manage and lead a high-performing sales team by providing leadership, training, and coaching.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational sales goals and revenue targets.
- Set clear individual sales targets in collaboration with the sales team.
- Create and refine sales scripts to enhance agent performance.
- Track, analyze, and report sales figures to guide decision-making.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with necessary resources to perform optimally.
- Plan and conduct regular sales team training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Sales Head or Vice President for Sales in the real estate industry.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with expertise in sales management, business planning, marketing, training, and negotiation.
- Possesses a ready sales team including Project Directors, Sales Directors/Sales Managers, and Property Specialists.
