Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, marketing Realty Junction Properties developments, and conducting inspections, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, networking, and personal prospecting.
• Respond to and qualify company generated leads.
• Understand clients' budgets, needs, and investment objectives.
• Present properties, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct property inspections.
• Follow up consistently after inspections and presentations.
• Handle objections and negotiate within approved company terms.
