Job description
We are looking for motivated, confident and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
• Handle WhatsApp and online customer inquiries
• Rotate between in-store and online sales/customer care as assigned by the roster
• Convert inquiries into sales
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Assist with shop operations and product displays
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous sales or customer service experience as an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident and friendly personality
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Willing to work in both retail and online sales
