Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in the sales room
• Assist customers with purchases, questions, and product recommendations
• Operate Shopify POS system and process transactions accurately
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming retail space
• Assist with inventory management and restocking sales floor items
• Support in-store events, pop-ups, and community-oriented weekends
• Represent the Hadley Pottery brand in a positive and professional manner
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
