Salesforce FSL Project Manager

Requirements

• Experienced IT Project Manager with a strong track record of leading end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementations, governing project delivery, and aligning field service business operations with technical execution.
• Proven experience managing and delivering multi-phase Salesforce Field Service (formerly FSL) projects, covering dispatch optimization, work order management, service resource scheduling, and mobile workforce adoption.
• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, overseeing scope, timeline, risk management, budget allocation, and release management.
• Strong executive presence to drive alignment across field operations leaders, IT steering committees, business users, and third-party implementation partners.
• Direct experience coordinating technical architects, FSL developers, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the SDLC, including UAT and post-go-live hypercare.
• PMP certification, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Admin / Field Service Consultant) are highly preferred.
