SAP Program Manager (SAP HANA)

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation programs.
• Manage SAP HANA and S/4HANA implementation initiatives.
• Drive program planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Coordinate SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee SAP integration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and executive-level presentations.
• Drive change management, business readiness, and post-go-live support.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong SAP Program / Project Management experience.
• Hands-on exposure or strong working knowledge of SAP HANA.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration.
• Understanding of SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HCM.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, and leadership skills.
• Visa: EAD, GC, USC, TN, L2
