Scrum Master

Tasks

• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices.
• Remove impediments and resolve blockers to ensure smooth sprint delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and sprint goals.
• Track sprint velocity, burndown charts, and Agile delivery metrics.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Drive continuous improvement and enhance team productivity.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and technical leads.
• Support release planning and maintain transparency on project progress.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Scrum Master experience
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Must be local to Texas
