Team environment with an assigned role (not independent/solo)
Leads provided; no door knocking; no cold calling

Non-captive brokerage model: over a dozen carrier relationships and 200+ products
Hybrid schedule with downtown Orlando office presence (6 hours/day, 4 days/week)
Honest first-year income expectation: $80,000/year (based on performance; results vary).
Eligible for base pay + commission.
