Senior Audit Associate

Join our growing Audit & Assurance team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in and manage assigned audit and assurance engagements
- Perform financial statement audit procedures in accordance with professional standards
- Prepare and complete audit workpapers and engagement documentation
- Communicate directly with clients and internal engagement teams
- Identify, research, and resolve accounting and audit issues
- Assist with audit planning and execution
- Manage assigned engagement responsibilities and deliverables
- Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
- Work closely with A&A Managers and firm leadership
- Support client service and overall engagement quality
- Gain exposure to construction, manufacturing/distribution, technology, and M&A/business combinations
- Assist with special audit and assurance projects as needed

Mandatory Requirements:
- 3+ years of public accounting experience
- 3+ busy seasons of audit/assurance experience
- At least 1 busy season at Senior Associate or Supervisor level
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- CPA or CPA eligibility required
- Strong financial statement audit experience
- Strong accounting and auditing knowledge
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage assigned audit responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting or related field
- Active CPA certification
- Experience with construction clients
- Manufacturing/distribution audit experience
- Technology industry experience

Critical Recruiting Requirements:
- Candidates should have:
