Tasks

• Lead enterprise-wide accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable, compliance, and audit functions.

Requirements

• CPA (or equivalent professional certification)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 10+ years in a senior accounting leadership role within mortgage servicing
• Previous Controller-level experience
• Experience leading and developing accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, MSR valuation, and investor reporting requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae)
• Experience with audits, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting
• ERP and mortgage servicing platform experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
• Direct mortgage servicing experience
