🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Data Scientist – LLM Fine-Tuning & Recommendation Systems
📍 Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite/Week)

🔑 Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with LLM Fine-Tuning – LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, SFT
Transformer training, model weights, and model adaptation
PyTorch & Hugging Face Transformers
RLHF, DPO, PPO, or GRPO
Recommendation Systems, Ranking Models & Personalization
Ranking evaluation metrics – NDCG, MRR, MAP
Amazon SageMaker
PySpark, Spark, Hive & Hadoop
Statistical Modeling & Machine Learning
⭐ Good to Have:
SageMaker HyperPod
vLLM, Quantization & Distillation
AWS Trainium / Inferentia
Large-scale Recommender Systems experience
