The Senior Director, Community Partnership Engagement will lead efforts to build a more connected, collaborative, and effective Jewish Broward by overseeing the Stronger Together Partnership Architecture emerging from Ignite Broward. The role builds relationships and networks across the community and strengthens organizational capacity through professional development, networking, shared resources, and opportunities to learn from one another.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Federation's primary relationship manager with Broward synagogues.
• Strengthen partnerships with congregational leadership and connect them to Federation resources, campaigns, and community priorities.
• Develop opportunities for collaborative programming and community-wide initiatives.
• Oversee the existing Shared Partnership Tables: Board of Rabbis, Congregational Education Directors, Jewish Early Childhood Professionals, and Youth Group Professionals.
• Use synagogue relations, professional and lay leadership networks, and collective initiatives to turn shared priorities into stronger organizations, collaborative relationships, deeper partnerships, and a more robust communal infrastructure.
