Senior Director of Pharmacy

About the role

Senior Director-level leadership across 2 hospitals, 2 freestanding ERs, and 1 behavioral health facility

Established pharmacy residency program and expanding graduate medical education

Level II trauma center

Tasks

• Lead pharmacy operations, workforce development, medication safety, and financial performance
• Drive systemwide process improvements, technology initiatives, and strategic growth
• Oversight of approximately 200 pharmacy team members

Requirements

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD required
• Progressive pharmacy leadership experience with direct reports
• Strong project development and project management experience
• 7+ years of progressive hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• 5+ years of health-system pharmacy leadership preferred
• PharmD, MBA, and PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency preferred
• Strong strategic, operational, communication, and team-development skills
• Transferable leadership experience may be considered

Schedule

• Mon–Fri Daytime Schedule

Pay

• $180,000–$270,000 annual compensation
