Senior Electronic Health Records (EHR) System Analyst

Requirements

• 12+ years in Healthcare IT (EHR implementations, data architecture, clinical workflow optimization) with 10+ years executing EHR system implementations and 4+ years in project management.
• Direct, hands-on experience with Netsmart platforms (myAvatar, myUnity, or myEvolv).
• Deep understanding of behavioral health, human services, post-acute care, or public health workflows.
• Expertise in HIPAA, CRISP/HIE integration, Medicaid billing, and healthcare data migration.
• Experience leading QA/UAT testing, vendor management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Preferred: Advanced Degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field.
• Preferred: Direct experience supporting State Government IT Development Projects (MITDP).
• Preferred: Background working alongside Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) teams and state oversight bodies.
• Preferred: Track record in enterprise digital transformation and health data modernization.
