Senior Endpoint & Microsoft Intune Administrator

About the role

Support and maintain enterprise endpoint management and mobile architecture systems.

Tasks

• Build, deploy, and manage application packages using Microsoft Intune.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Manage laptops, desktops, and mobile devices across Windows, Apple, and Android platforms.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex endpoint support incidents.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automate endpoint administration tasks.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and Copilot environments.
• Manage security updates, patching, and endpoint configurations.
• Develop technical documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials.
• Monitor support KPIs and recommend improvements to IT operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant IT systems experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Active Directory administration experience.
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and administration skills.
• Preferred: PowerShell scripting and automation; Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM); Microsoft 365 administration, Teams, and Copilot; ServiceNow ticketing system; Windows Server administration; Network troubleshooting (Ethernet and Wi-Fi); Security, patch management, and endpoint compliance; Apple and Android device management; Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and custom
