Senior Executive Internal Audit Compliance

Join Helium Bangladesh, a growing restaurant chain, and take a leading role in strengthening internal audit, compliance, risk management and operational controls across the Head Office, Restaurant Outlets, Central Warehouse, Central Kitchen, and Sub-Stores.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and conduct scheduled and surprise audits across Restaurant Outlets, Sub-Stores, Central Warehouse, Central Kitchen, and Head Office functions
• Audit key areas including Accounts & Finance, HR & Admin, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Payroll, POS/ERP, and Restaurant Operations
• Review cash/POS, supplier payments, stock movements, wastage, payroll, reconciliations, and other critical controls
• Identify control gaps, irregularities, fraud risks, and non-compliance
• Prepare clear audit findings with practical recommendations
• Maintain corrective-action follow-up and verify implementation before closure
• Conduct stock counts, spot checks, and exception-based reviews
• Support compliance monitoring, audit planning, and management reporting
• Escalate material financial, operational, compliance, or fraud-related risks to Management
