Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities Design and produce engaging graphics for a variety of digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with client branding and marketing goals. Collaborate with project managers and other designers to brainstorm ideas and develop design concepts that meet clients’ needs. Review and critique design work throughout the production process to ensure high-quality outcomes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to incorporate the latest best practices into your work. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to gather feedback and refine design projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong skills in layout design, communication, creative thinking, and color theory. 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting. Portfolio showcasing a broad range of design projects and a strong understanding of branding principles. This position is part of a collaborative team structure where designers work closely with marketers, developers, and project managers to achieve excellence. You will report directly to the Creative Director, ensuring streamlined communication and prompt feedback on design projects.
