- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java (Java 8/11/17+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Framework, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs & Web Services, Hibernate, JPA, ORM, SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Apache Kafka / RabbitMQ, Multithreading & JVM Performance Tuning, Maven / Gradle, Git, CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes
- AWS / Azure / GCP, Redis & Caching, Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, JWT, Banking / Financial Services domain experience, Event-Driven Architecture
- Strong backend development and microservices expertise
- Experience working on enterprise-scale applications
- Banking or financial services experience preferred
