Recordati Rare Diseases North America is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. (RRD), North America, an affiliate of Recordati. RRD develops high-impact therapies for rare diseases, focusing on treatments for underserved communities in the U.S. Its mission is to mitigate the impact of rare diseases through increased awareness, better diagnoses, and improved treatment access in endocrinology, metabolic, hematology and oncology franchises.

The HRBP serves as a strategic and operational HR partner to assigned business leaders, managers, and employee populations, delivering practical HR guidance and executing core people processes. The position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources North America. There are no direct reports.
