Smart Channel is looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our innovative team in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. Key Responsibilities

• Define and optimize product strategy through comprehensive market analysis and user feedback.
• Manage stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure cross-departmental alignment.
• Create and maintain user stories and technical specifications to guide product development.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies to promote collaboration and team engagement.
• Analyze product performance metrics to drive iterative improvements and growth.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch new features and enhancements.
• Serve as the primary contact for product-related inquiries and updates for both internal and external stakeholders.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or similar roles.
• Proven success in product strategy development and execution.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and user analytics platforms.
• Relevant certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner are a plus.
