Job description
Smart Channel is hiring a full-time Senior Product Manager in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines. In this senior product leadership role, you will shape product strategy, improve user experience, and guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and refine product strategy using market research and user feedback.
- Manage stakeholders, clarify requirements, and align teams across departments.
- Create and maintain user stories and technical specifications for product development.
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies to support effective team collaboration.
- Review product performance metrics and use insights to prioritize improvements and growth.
