Key Requirements:
12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Program / Technical Program Management experience.
Strong Banking / Financial Services and Payments domain expertise.
Experience managing large-scale Payments Modernization programs.
Hands-on program delivery experience with Blockchain / Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
Strong knowledge of ACH, Wire Transfers, RTP, FedNow, SWIFT and ISO 20022.
Understanding of Blockchain Architecture, Smart Contracts and Digital Assets.
Experience managing APIs, Microservices, Cloud Platforms and Enterprise Integrations.
Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies.
Expertise in Program Governance, Roadmap Execution, Budget, Risk Management, RAID and Executive Reporting.
Experience managing distributed onsite/offshore teams and vendor relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP / PgMP / SAFe / Scrum certification.
Experience with Tier-1 Banking or Financial Services organizations.
Exposure to AWS, Azure or GCP.
