Requirements
- 15+ years of IT delivery experience.
- 5+ years leading large, multi-workstream programs.
- Strong program governance, budgeting, planning and RAID management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience managing onshore and offshore teams.
- Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Preference: Local Chicago candidates.
