Job description
Tasks
- Lead onsite QA activities and coordinate with an offshore QA team.
- Manual & Automation Testing – Functional, Regression, Integration & E2E
- Offshore QA Team Leadership, Task Prioritization & Mentoring
- Backend Testing – Database Validation, SQL, Logs & Troubleshooting
- API Testing & Test Collections – Postman
- Defect Analysis, Debugging & Root Cause Analysis
- Test Reporting, Metrics & Stakeholder Presentations
- Business & Defect-Triage Calls
- Test Evidence, Documentation & Release Readiness
- QA Process, Automation & Test Coverage Improvement
Requirements
- Strong experience in Manual & Automation Testing, Backend Testing, API Testing, Defect Analysis, and QA Leadership is required.
- JIRA & OpenText ALM Octane
- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Selenium, Java, Python & REST Assured
- Agile/Scrum, CI/CD & Git
- Microservices, Event-Driven & Cloud Platforms
