Senior QA Tester

Tasks

• Create master test plans, define quality assurance parameters, and establish testing strategies aligned with project and business goals
• Develop and execute detailed manual and automated test scripts, test cases, and functional, regression, performance, and integration tests
• Build, maintain, and integrate automated test frameworks and scripts into CI/CD pipelines
• Identify, log, track, and troubleshoot software defects using bug-tracking tools and perform root-cause analysis
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth product releases
• Recommend standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards to improve team efficiency

Requirements

• 7+ years each of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and dedicated software testing experience
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, and SQL for database validation
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, API testing tools, and performance tools
• Experience using requirements traceability matrices to verify all required components are fully tested and delivered
• CSTE (Certified Software Testing Professional) certification - required
• Strong critical thinking, root-cause analysis, and communication skills
• Able to complete a BCI fingerprint background check before starting
• Preferred: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study · Salesforce · Azure DevOps · Copado · .NET · Web UI automation (Playwright) · API & contract testing (Postman, SoapUI) · performance & load testing
