Senior Quality Engineer

Tasks

• Design and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end test cases.
• Test Verisk FAST (Policy Administration) and Hexure FireLight/ForeSight (e-Applications and Illustrations).
• Validate integrations, APIs, data flows, business rules, dynamic forms, and suitability checks.
• Verify insurance product configurations and financial calculations.
• Identify and track defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Execute SQL queries to validate backend data integrity and reports.
• Collaborate with developers and configuration teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of Quality Engineering / QA experience.
• Strong Life Insurance and Annuities domain knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Verisk FAST and/or Hexure FireLight/ForeSight.
• Strong SQL and API testing skills using tools such as Postman.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Automation knowledge (Selenium, Playwright, or Cucumber) is preferred.
• USC and H1B (GC not accepted)
• Only local candidates in the Boston, MA area. Green Card holders are not eligible.
