Requirements/experience:
✅ 3+ years’ Sous Chef/Head Chef experience in a 4/5-star lodge – Essential
✅ Strong menu planning, kitchen leadership and stock control experience
✅ Excellent knowledge of dietary requirements, hygiene and culinary standards
✅ Reporting to the Head Chef

Salary/benefits:
💰 R20,000 – R25,000 pm
🏡 Accommodation + R2,500 food allowance
