Tasks

Lead hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
Design scalable, reusable enterprise solutions and frameworks
Build REST APIs, Kafka-based event-driven applications, and AWS cloud solutions
Mentor engineering teams and perform code reviews
Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, security, observability, and application reliability

Requirements

12+ years of Software Engineering experience
8+ years of Java development
3+ experience in leading the team as Tech Lead.
Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture
AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch)
SQL & Database Performance Tuning
CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, DevSecOps
OAuth2, JWT, Secure Coding
Preferred: Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift
Preferred: Angular
Preferred: Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
