🚀 Hiring: Senior UKG ProWFM Consultant – Amtrak
📍 Location: Washington, DC
🏠 Work Model: Primarily Remote; onsite travel once per quarter (candidate must cover travel expenses)
💼 Engagement: Contract
Location Preference: Candidates based in EST or CST time zones only.
🔹 Required Experience:
5+ years of hands-on UKG Pro Workforce Management (ProWFM / Workforce Central)
5+ years of Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces
5+ years of Dell Boomi (AtomSphere)
Strong SAP HR, SAP Payroll, and SAP Finance integration experience
Technical Skills:
Time & Attendance, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals & Absence Management
Workforce scheduling and holiday configuration
Boomi interface design, data mapping, transformations, and error handling
Payroll-to-finance posting and end-to-end SAP testing
SQL for data validation and reconciliation
CSV, XML, SFTP, and REST integrations
JIRA, Excel, Visio, SharePoint
Preferred Skills:
SAP payroll and finance regression testing
Advanced Scheduler, Workforce Forecasting, TeleStaff
Unionized or operations-based workforce environments
Integration documentation, cutover, and production stabilization
Candidate Requirements:
Native candidates or H-1B candidates
H-1B candidates must have at least 5 years of U.S. experience
