Bcius, a rapidly growing financial technology company in the retirement plan marketplace, is seeking a Senior VP of Retirement Sales to drive distribution, business development, and relationship management across the Southern US. This is a production-focused, revenue-generating role with the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a fast-growing platform.
Responsibilities
- Drive distribution, business development, and relationship management across the Southern US.
- Win RFPs and drive new business.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of external sales or wholesaling experience within retirement plan services, recordkeeping, asset management, insurance, or TPA services.
- Established relationships with financial advisors, retirement plan consultants, and TPAs are highly desirable.
- QKA, QPA, CPC, or similar designations are a plus.
