Job description
Requirements
- USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD
- 8+ years of experience in HR technology, with strong Workday HCM implementation experience.
- Expertise in Workday Core HCM, including business processes and organizational management.
- Hands-on experience with Workday modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent Management.
- Experience with Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
- Knowledge of Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reports, and Calculated Fields.
- Experience with Workday Security, roles, and domain policies.
- Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, XML, and XSLT.
