About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work that helps ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance. Diagnose defects or problems and make repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
  • Prepare vacant apartments for leasing and new move-ins by completing pre-move-out inspections, creating maintenance punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining supplies and materials, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
  • Follow procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, and tools.
