Keysource is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Product Owner with AI and automation expertise to drive product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and enterprise ServiceNow transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
- Drive enterprise ServiceNow transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- ServiceNow and ITSM product ownership.
- Incident, request, problem, change, and knowledge management.
- ServiceNow AI and automation.
- Product roadmaps and prioritization.
- Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management.
- Vendor and implementation partner management.
- CMDB, discovery, asset management, and service catalog.
- Generative AI and enterprise AI governance.
Preferred: ServiceNow CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CAD; ITIL certification; and experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.
