Key Skills: ServiceNow & ITSM Product Ownership, Incident, Request, Problem, Change & Knowledge Management, ServiceNow AI & Automation, Product Roadmaps & Prioritization, Agile/Scrum & Stakeholder Management, Vendor & Implementation Partner Management, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management & Service Catalog, Generative AI & Enterprise AI Governance. Preferred: ServiceNow CSA / CIS-ITSM / CAD, ITIL certification, and experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.
