Summit Medical Staffing is hiring a full-time, remote Customer Service Representative in the United States. In this role, you will support customers through phone, email, and live chat, helping deliver a positive and reliable customer experience. The position pays $40,000 per year and requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Record customer interactions and feedback in CRM software.
• Support new-customer onboarding and account needs.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to improve service processes.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to individual and team goals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Effective time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Customer service experience or experience in a related field is valued.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Work Environment and Reporting

You will join a supportive, collaborative team, report to the Customer Service Manager, and work with other departments to address customer needs. This is a remote-eligible, full-time position serving customers across the United States.
