Job description
Tasks
- Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise secure file-transfer services.
- Support Seeburger BIS, SFTP, AS2, and HTTPS workflows.
- Investigate production incidents across AWS, middleware, networking, and security.
- Manage encryption, certificates, SSH configurations, and key rotations.
- Perform RCA, improve monitoring, maintain service reliability, and support disaster recovery.
Requirements
- Experienced SFT SRE / Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in Seeburger BIS, secure file transfer protocols, AWS Cloud, and enterprise production support.
- Must-Have Skills: Seeburger BIS Administration & Troubleshooting; Secure File Transfer: SFTP, AS2 & HTTPS; AWS Cloud: EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, CloudTrail & KMS; Production Support, Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA); Splunk, Elasticsearch, Kibana & KQL; Kubernetes, OpenShift & Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL); PGP Encryption/Decryption, SSL/TLS Certificates & SSH Key Management;
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Amazon EKS and Kubernetes-based AWS workloads; IBM Connect; CloudWatch Logs, Metrics, Alarms & Dashboards; AWS Cloud Networking and Security.
