Site Engineer

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at the construction site.
Ensure all construction work complies with building plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and report on site activities.
Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise on-site.
Maintain quality control procedures and accurate site records.

Education: B.Sc. or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of practical experience in building construction or real estate projects.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
