About the role
Confidential is hiring part-time soccer coaches to make a positive impact on the next generation of players. Sessions take place in Bergen County, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Coach an afterschool program for ages 4–6 on Monday from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Coach evening sessions for ages 9–14, Monday through Thursday, starting at 6:00 PM.
- Coach Saturday morning sessions for ages 4–14.
- Additional coaching opportunities may become available.
Requirements
- Be legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- Bring a passion for coaching and player development, and create a positive, fun, and engaging environment.
- Be reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Previous coaching or playing experience is preferred. Coaching certification is a plus, or be willing to obtain it.
