Arti maurya is looking for a dedicated Social Media Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on managing and enhancing our social media presence through strategic digital marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate will have foundational skills in communication and online recruitment, playing a key role in shaping our brand’s online identity and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update social media profiles across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to target audiences.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond promptly to audience interactions.
• Support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.
• Assist with online recruitment efforts to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and content teams to maintain a consistent online presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: 12th Pass.
• Skills required: Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Basic Communication, Online Recruitment, Content Creation.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Entry-level candidates welcome; prior experience is a plus.

This role reports directly to the marketing lead and works closely with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.

Compensation: $10,000 per month.

Work Arrangement: Part-time, remote eligible position.
