Pravindra Singh Raghuvanshi is hiring a full-time Software Developer based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. This remote-eligible role offers the opportunity to build and improve software products in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Java, Python, C#, and other relevant technologies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and deliver features and enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development standards and best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot applications to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Create and maintain documentation covering software architecture and functionality.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend relevant applications for the platform.
• Build and maintain SQL databases, with attention to data integrity and security.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
• Software development experience; three or more years in a related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Team and Work Environment

You will report to the Technical Lead and collaborate with Product Managers, QA teams, and other colleagues to ensure software meets business needs. The team values collaboration, fresh ideas, and contributions across functions.
