Software & DevOps Engineer

Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions using Go, JavaScript, Java or Python
• Build scalable and secure applications based on cloud-native architectures
• Lead code reviews and contribute to system design and technical strategy
• Evaluate and integrate open-source technologies
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated security testing (code scanning, dependency analysis)
• Develop automation to support continuous integration, testing, and secure deployments
• Promote Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices
• Champion and embed SDL practices
• Conduct threat modeling, security design reviews, and support remediation of security findings

Requirements

• Technical Master's Degree - Separate From Work Experience (Plus)
• Direct/Majority Software Development Work Experience in Banking & Capital Markets Industry Is A Plus
• Working in Cybersecurity Domain - Plus
• 5+ years in enterprise software engineering
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Go (Golang) and Java (JavaScript/Python is big plus)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and software design patterns
• Extensive experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins)
• Strong knowledge of SDL, secure coding, threat mod

Schedule

• Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)
• 6 Month Contract

• $48/hr on W2
