Job description
Tasks
- L4 engineering support for POS frontend applications
- Troubleshoot production issues and support RCA
- Enhance React/React Native applications and UI
- Support API integrations and store peripherals
- Participate in releases, deployment validation & stabilization
- Defect triage, resolution and continuous improvement
- Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
Requirements
- 4+ years of Front-End Development
- Strong ReactNative & TypeScript
- GraphQL API integration
- Redux / Context API & state management
- Git, CI/CD & Agile
- Production support, debugging & RCA
- Performance tuning & troubleshooting
- POS / Retail / Store Technology experience
- Jest & Playwright
- Experience with peripherals – printers, scanners & payment terminals
- Backend API integration & deployment support
