Software Engineer – GenAI

Tasks

• Develop and implement Generative AI solutions across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Integrate AI-assisted coding tools such as Kiro and similar AI coding assistants into engineering workflows.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for quality, accuracy, security, and maintainability.
• Build prototypes and automation solutions to improve developer productivity.
• Conduct technical workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for engineering teams.
• Create technical documentation, learning materials, and best-practice guides.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and technical leaders to drive AI adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong programming, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern development platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
